FPA Group Health Plan

​Explore your options with FPA Group Health Plans.

These customizable plans allow you to control costs while giving your employees plan options that are designed specifically for their needs.  For Employer Groups of 2 to 50 employees. Plans cover FPA members, their employees, and their families.

​Carriers available:  Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care and National General.  Availability of carriers and plans dependent on State where the policy is issued.

  • FPA membership is not required for ongoing coverage
  • Medical underwriting is required on some health plans
  • ACA plans available in all States
  • Alternate funded plans with rates 25% to 35% lower than similar Affordable Care Act (ACA). Minimum group enrollment varies by State.  A minimum of two employees is required but some States have a minimum enrollment requirement. Enrollment count is based on number of Employees + Spouses + Children. Please see the attached map
  • Deductible credit – for same calendar year
  • No lifetime maximum benefit
  • National PPO network and PPO plans available
  • H.S.A. plans are available
  • Short-term medical (up to 52 weeks), Senior Products (Medicare Supplement and Advantage Plans) are also available
